Residential Building plan with G+3 floors. Ground floor includes 2’ to 2’6” utility areas, bike and garden parking, and southwest and north-south stairs. Main door is North-facing. Entrance: room and living hall with pooja room of wooden, open kitchen, common bathroom, and 1 bedroom on the floor. First floor is segregated by an east and west join scheme with a 2’ towards the utility area on both ends. Stairs on southern direction lead to a door, creating a passage with an entrance. East door on Houses West opens the Main Entrance into the Living Hall with North view, furnished Open Kitchen & common Bathroom, Bedroom on First Floor. Doors were positioned north access for the rest in the west.

From the First Floor, all other Bespoke Houses can be entered, with All Bedrooms & One En-suite directly attached to the stairs, hidden behind a small partition wall. At the second level, there is an element of utility space measuring approximately 2 feet by 2 feet and 6 inches which gets accessible through southern staircase. There is a passage leading to the door which bifurcates the entire plan into two house plans towards east and west directions. In the east house plan, the main door is located in the north direction which leads to the entrance room, living hall featuring a wooden pooja room, open kitchen, one common bathroom and additional one bedroom. In the western house plan the main door is located towards the northwest direction and it opens into the living hall, open kitchen, common bathroom, first bedroom and second bedroom which has an ensuite bathroom. Third Level comprises of another utility area measuring 2 feet by 2 ½ feet followed by south oriented stairs leading to head room, open terrace used for recreational activities such as sitting/resting and gardening. We have also provided proper ventilation and windows ensuring quality lighting and airflow.Following this are the specific measurements and detailing in the building plan which is mentioned below.

Ground Floor:

The built-up area on the ground floor will be: 30’x 55’ = 1650sqft .This house plan measures 30*55 and is west facing. It contains 2 portion 2 BHK and one BHK designs which include a parking area on the ground floor sized 29” x 30’1”. There are stairs at the southwest direction which moves along the corridor in the north (up) direction. The main door is located towards the north direction. The entrance room is located towards the north side and it measures 5’3” x 3’6” along with living hall located in northeast of the house towards the southeast measuring 12’11” x 14’5”. The open kitchen is located towards the southeast measuring 11’1” x 5’7”. There is a common bathroom in the southeast measuring 7’11” x 3’11”. The bedroom is located in the southwest measuring 10’9” x 10’1”.

The build up area for the first floor is 26’ x 50’6” = 1313 sqft. Second floor

Total area of the second floor: 26' x 50'6'' = 1313 sq. ft. The passage with width of 13' 6'' x 6' 2'' leads to the staircase, placed in the southern part of the building, where the whole layout is divided into two sections. In the eastern hald of the plan, there is an entrance with main door placed facing the North direction. The entrance leads to an also to the subdivided living room that has Northeast side dimensions equal to 12¿ 10''x 14¿ 5''. Directly south from the living room in the southeastern part it has an open kitchen measuring 11¿ 1'' x 5¿ 7'' , shared a common bathroom with the southeast measuring 7¿ 11'' x 3¿ 11'' and a bedroom located southwest measuring 10’ 9'' x 10'' 1'' Also in the western half of the room is the main door located to the Northwest side of the building which opens into a Living hall 13" 1' x 9' 8'. Succeeding the open kitchen with Southeast view measures 10' 7' x 6', common bathroom in West 3' tentative 10' x 7' and southwest bedroom into the northeast corner measuring 10' 9' x 14' 9' with an adjoining room separated by door measuring 6' 9' x 4' and in the Northwest bedroom is 9' x 11'.

Total area of the third floor: 26' x 50'6'' = 1313 sq. ft. According to the view from the south, the stairs lead us to the head room which is 6’ x 5’11” and there’s an open terrace measuring 24’6” x 49’. There is additionally a store/laundry room sized 10’9” x 6’1”.
