Like most G + 2 East Facing House Plans, this one is east-facing too. This specific plan measures 20 by 40 square foot and boasts 3 levels of well partitioned floors for comfort, ease, flow and optimized usage of space on all floors. Special considerations have been made for vents and windows to provide natural light, fresh air and enhance the quality of life.

 

The house’s footprints start on the ground floor at 800 square feet. The parking compartment measuring 19'1 by 29'11 has the capacity to host one car, two bikes, and still have additional space for a small garden. Stairs leading up, positioned on the eastern side of the floor facilitate seamless passage to the other floors of the house. Relatively easy access is available on the eastern side of the house where the main entrance is. Requisite convenience is catered for with the open kitchen on the southeast and an accompanying bathroom on the northeast, a practical utility measuring 4 by 7’8. Ground floors try to balance all parts of the house while ensuring major household functions are streamlined efficiently hence this floor caters for most living spaces and utility areas.

 

The first floor follows the same pattern at 800 sqft and is designed for family living while keeping privacy in mind. The main residential areas are accessed through a passageway measuring 5’10” x 6’4” leading into the main residential areas. The northeast entry opens into a living hall which is centrally located and runs across the north side measuring 7’9" x 19’11" which acts as a good social space. Toward the southeast position, we have the open kitchen measuring 8’9" x 5’9" which promotes ease. There are two bedrooms, one of them is to the southwest measuring 8’ x 10’ laid out for, privacy and relaxation, and the other bedroom located northwest measuring 8’4” x 10’ allowing easy circulation around the house. The common bathroom is located to the south measuring 4’ x 7’ which is practical because it is centrally located. The blend of spaces for shared and private usage on this floor is ideal for family living.

 

The second floor mirrors the first floor in an effort to improve consistency and efficiency once again across 800 sqft The layout is straightforward and adaptable for larger families or short term guests. The uniform design between floors improves residential movement which is a beneficial part of residential planning.

 

The third floor is set aside for outdoor relaxation, leisure, and recreation activities. A wide open terrace allows for optimized yard space, enabling the homeowner to garden or unwind and socialize. This additional floor provides a home with further practicality by adding outdoor elements to the existing living areas and integrating seamlessly, enhancing the home’s functionality.
