This is a 24’ x 42’ G+3 Duplex North Facing House which is copmpletely modern in its design and plans around aesthetics along with proper functional living spaces including balconies, lets the sun in seamlessly along with complete outdoor vistas.

 

The strat-up is aimed to provide comfort and ease across four levels of style. The entrance or the gound has a huge hall alongside a parking space which a living room is attached to. Foculity stairs former family regions, secondary flooring devoted for dining with a pooja area at the very track center. Master bedrooms for sleeping quarters with private balconies and bathrooms on the topmost floor. Additional a Lift for better access throughout floors.

 

The total area of the ground floor is 1008 sqft. It has a spacious parking area of dimensions 14’9” x 22’2”, with free space for cars, bikes, and other gardening activities. Stairs are found in North East corner which goes up towards West direction. A lift of dimensions 4’3” x 4’ is located next to the stairs. This also adds to the convenience of access. The balcony positioned near the stair measuring 14'7"x 3'11" provides avenues for recreational gardening. The main entrance, compliant in vastu, is aligned facing the northwest. There is a living hall in the center measureing 14’10" x 14’2" that serves for recreation for the family. The stairs face west and goes up towards the east. The dining area facing southeast which along with the kitchen processes a total measurement of 18'8" x 10'11" and include a utility of 8'1" x 2'11". The northeastern pooja room is very small and measures 4'5" x 3'9".

 

The second level, which continues the ergonomic design with a 2-foot utility area, also has an area of 840 sqft. A free walking area measuring 4-foot 3 inches by 10-foot 7 inches is placed next to the stairs. Even more skyward openness is provided by the skyview which measures 4’11” by 4’, further adding to the feeling of freedom. For the sake of consistency in all floors, the lift retains the measurement of 4’3” by 4’ on all floors. The southwest bedroom has a measurement of 13’4” by 15’4” and features an ensuite of 4’10” by 10” and a small balcony measuring at 8’1” by 2’11”. The northwest master bedroom has an area of 13’4” by 14’2” and has an ensuite of 4’10” by 7’7” for added privacy.
