This duplex house plan of G+2 which faces east, has dimensions of 23’ x 40’ and is designed with family needs in mind. It also contains a pooja room, utility areas, bathrooms, and balconies for relaxation.
The ground floor is more segregated with dedicated zones for parking, living, cooking, and sleeping, while the first floor is merged to improve family bonding with a shared family hall, laundry room, and extra bedrooms. Windows and voids have been utilized ensuring that air and sunlight can enter the house.
The partitioned floor for ground level has a buildup area of 920 sqft and contains a generous sized parking space of 10'2' x 14'2" which can cater for vehicles and gardening.
