This 29’ x 40’ west-facing 2BHK residential house is designed with 4 floors: Ground, First, Second, and Third. It has optimal sunlight, ventilation, and illumination. There’s an integration of leisure and the living areas leading to balconies, utility spaces, and an expansive terrace. The ground floor accommodates daily activities while the first and second floors have the same identical layouts for easier transitions. The third floor is purely for some outdoor relaxation on the terrace.

The main floor has an area of roughly 1160 sqft. It has dedicated an area of 6’1” x 16’9” for parking which can fit either cars or bikes. It has a main entrance on the western part of the building so that there is great access.
