The Lightwell Residence’s G+2 empirical plan also incorporates efficient nanomaterials based on adding multi-storey open spaces on the eastern side for sunlight and ventilation. Ground Floor features parking alongside the sundries and formal living spaces while First Floor is allocated for family privately used zones complemented with balconies. Outdoors terrace serves also as the enlisted portion of the enclosed spaces meant for additional activities.
Ground Floor has build-up area of 1372 sq.mt., and included designated parking space measuring 13’6” x 20’5” for car/bike and a small garden area that has direct access to the living halls. Main entry is facing north, while southern side is street side. Living hall with dimensions of 20’8” x 15’6” is already fully furnished and provides an extra space to gather with family on holidays. Stairs are located in the north west corner and moving in the east west direction. Kitchen is southeast located in the corner of the house. Upper north side is pooja heard room measuring 4’ x 5’ that dedicates priory activities.
