This G+2 Duplex house design measuring 28’ x 40’ optimally combines functionality with modern aesthetics. The house rests on a rectangular corner plot and accommodates duplex layout which gets evening sunlight, an advantage in places where sunlight is scarce during the day. The design includes two floors plus a terrace to capture vertical space without being inefficient.
The 1120 sqft ground floor emphasizes privacy and easy accessibility. The parking space of 13'11" x 14'4” allows parking for bike or scooty next to a green patch. The entrance of 9'6” x 5'8” leads into the Dining Room of 12'5” x 12'5” which is conveniently located next to the stairs on the south side of the house and the stairs go north. The southwest Kitchen of 9'4” x 9'2” comes with a 9'5” x 3' utility space for washing and storing implements that adjoins the Utility Room. The southwest bedroom measuring 10’1” x 11’7” serves as a private retreat away from common areas. A common use bathroom measuring 6'5” x 4'3" is readily accessible for guests and daily use. There is also a petite northeast pooja room measuring 3' x 2' which is devoid of windows for a quiet and undistracted religious practice.
The very first floor increases privacy featuring several bedrooms along with common living areas with a total of one thousand two hundred square feet. A central living area adjoined to the staircase which serves as a calm family relaxation zone measures 13’3” x 10’10”.
