The thoughtfully designed 28' x 40' G+2 duplex house plan, which faces west, captures evening light and sun while simultaneously providing spatial light and ventilation for comfort and function. The recreational areas, which include an open terrace, capture the evening sun and promote illumination throughout the home, making it easier to navigate.

The first floor consists of ground level and includes around 800 sqft of area. The parking area has dimensions of 14’1” x 14’6” and is meant to optimize accessibility and organization. With this configuration, the bicycles or cars can be parked with ease and will have enough room for additional landscaping. An entrance at the northwest direction serves directional convenience while checking off vastu compliance.
