The 28-foot by 40-foot G+1 duplex house plan facing North boasts a modern design, yet maintains comfort for family living. The indoor spaces are comfortable, with appealing outdoor balconies as sky view vistas.

 

The arrangement divides the two floors into separate areas to fully utilize the space. The ground floor has the main living areas consisting of a large living hall positioned adjacent to the kitchen, a bedroom, a utility room, and a garage.
