This 28’ by 40’ G+2 residential building facing north has been constructed in a practical and flexibile way and can accommodate two separate 1BHK units on the First and Second Floors. The Ground floor contains a shared communal area along with parking, basic facilities, whilst the Third Floor is an open terrace for outdoor activities and relaxation. Window placement allows natural light while strategically maximizing furniture placement, easy movement, effective ventilation.
Accommodating a parking area measuring 26’11” by 19’5” alongside the Ground floor with a build-up area of around 1120 square feet, bike and car parking is made spacious. The main entrance with Vastu compliance and norostheast facing is also an added convenience. The neutral 10’7” by 13’2” living hall serves as a gathering space for cozy family get-togethers. Open and southeast facing the skillfully zoned 7”3 pooja room efficiently serves the kitchen and nearby measuring at 3’ by 2’6”. This situated over the 10’3” by 9’6” bedroom assures low sound interference in the private chamber ensures utmost privacy for its occupants. Finally the south side features a 5×6’3 common North facing bathroom that is convenient to access. Overall these design features will meet the daily life needs by combining private and communal spaces.
The First Floor showcases two identical 1BHK units created for maximizing rentals and utilitarian space management. All rooms are accessible through a 3’5” passage that provides ease of movement.
The first unit consists of a living hall with an attached kitchen and pooja room, a private bedroom, and common lavatory which is in close proximity. The main entrance is a northeast facing door, opening to the main hall. This spans in a clockwise manner with the other two sections. The mirror ensures efficiency in design placing symmetry as the foremost objective.
The Second Floor hadn’t put in the extra effort for design formalities. As replication of the First Floor gives uniformity of form alongside efficacy of structure.
The Third Floor includes a relax aidsedic terrace of 25’7” x 38’7” area, meant for leisure activities such as gardening and social gatherings. This leads to the extended area which complements the definable area of the building, and serves as a place of enjoyment and hosting functions.
