The design of this duplex house is 26’ x 40’ and east facing. This G+3 combines aesthetics with comfort and modern needs within three distinct indoor and outdoor levels. The structure enhances ample airflow, lighting, and spacious areas while still maintaining spaciousness.

 

In addition to open balconies, the three-story structure incorporates parking, living and cooking areas, bedrooms, pooja rooms, and open balconies. The first floor is designed to maximize focus-oriented activities, while the upper levels are dominated by private retreats and shared family spaces. Finally, the lower floors are more spacious and set up for larger families.

 

A parking area alongside a recreational garden adorns the ground floor, encompassing 1040 sqft. Its northeast primary entrance adheres to vastu principles and opens into a generously spacious living hall, measuring 12’9” x 16’5”, ideal for holding family gatherings. The open southeast kitchen, sized 9’11” x 9’, encourages smooth workflow and efficient cooking. A small yet serene pooja room, located in the southeast, measures 3'7" x 4'10". The southwestern nalazi master bedroom, offering unrivaled privacy, spans 9’11” x 13’6” while the northwest second flexible bedroom is sized 12’9” x 9’1". A northwest common bathroom measuring 6’9” x 4’ ensures accessibility for residents and guests.

 

The first floor's area enhances functionality at the utility room which is 943.25 sqft and has a length of 1'6''. An northeast facing balcony measuring 13'2'' x 6'5'' provides a serene view to relax and garden. The relaxing retreat is the spacious zone for the family; the living hall measuring 12'9'' x 21’. There are stairs located on the west side which go up on the east side of the building. A southeast kitchen is open and has the dimensions of 9'11'' x 16'5'' offering maximum efficiency. There is a sweet southwest located bedroom measuring 9'11'' x 13'6'' and a compact common bathroom located northwest measuring 4' x 8'10'' which is near the stairs. For the spiritually inclined, the room located in the southwest is a pooja room measuring 4' x 3'4''.

 

The second story mirrors the first one with a greater area of 943.25 sqft. It adds an optimized utility area measuring 1’6”. Family hall A, with a width of 8’3” and length of 10’2” serves as a shared relaxation space. Southwest towards the stairs, open sky areas are designed and 4’ x 3’4” windows are included. Mid stairway, open sections sized 2’3” x 6’5” bring light, air, and aesthetics to the dwelling. The northeast first bedroom, which is 12’9” x 10’4” boasts a huge lovely verandah of 23’9” x 6’5” and spacious bathroom to match the scale, measuring 4’6” x 10’4.” The southwest master bedroom, sized 9’11” x 13’6” features a washroom of same floor area 4’ x 8’10” for privacy convenience.

 

This house plan emphasizes the functional layouts on all floors for increased comfort and utility. Windows, balconies and the open-to-sky ban area which is overlooks help make the dwelling feel airy and bright inside. The family-friendly design aims to complement the tranquil styles and gardening balconies providing private and shared living spaces in well-planned spacious halls and wide residential-experience Halls.
