This is a 26’ x 40’ north-facing G+2 Duplex that is tailored to provide comfort, modern convenience, and effortless living. It seamlessly integrates outdoor garden spaces and leisure areas.
This three-tiered house which consists of a ground, first, and second floor, can facilitate various family activities. This includes parking spaces, living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, utilities, and balconies. Every area of the house is cross ventilated with abundant natural light throughout. Furthermore, the house is compliant to Vastu with all doors, pooja rooms, and other critical elements enabling discharge of harmonial energies strategically maximizing Vastu benefits.
The specific floor I’d like to discuss is the ground floor which has a buildup area of 1175 sqft. This is inclusive of a huge car parking space of 25’ x 13’10” which can accommodate vehicles and also, a small cape style garden.
