This north facing G+2 duplex house plan is spread over three levels, measuring 25’ x 47’, ensuring each room flows seamlessly into the next. The arrangement of the various spaces on the levels works best for comfort and practicality while ensuring movement of air, light, and views of the outdoors making it perfect for family living.

 

Ground, first and second floors are well defined in this plan. It incorporates set parking space, separate bedrooms with attached bathrooms, large halls, kitchen arranged in open style, multifunctional balconies, puja rooms, and more. The design expertly balances the modern home’s need for space for utilities, family leisure, and activities.

 

For the ground floor, the built up area is 1175 sqft, parking space is 24' x 45'10" with space for two cars and bikes, and green buffer zone. Stairs integrated vertically on the east side also lead west. Main door opens into the western side into a living room and east is a bedroom measuring 9'10" x 16' with an attached shower and private bathroom of 6'4" x 4'6”.

 

Finishing the first floor adds 945 sqft to built up area, maximizing floor space whereas overall 2' is used for dedicated utilities. Free walking area is 9'3” x 11'8” next to the stairs.

 

The open kitchen located in the south east is 9’10” x 16’ which is supplemented with a utility area of 9’10” x 3’3” meant for laundry and cleaning chores. The Main bedroom is located in the south west direction and is 9’4” x 11’ and has an attached bathroom of 9’3” x 4’4.” In the north direction, there is a huge hall of size 19’8” x11’6” that leads to a balcony of measurement 10’8” x 3’4” which adds to beauty of the exteriors. To the Northeast there is a small pooja room that is 4’ x 3’ which provides a perfect space for meditation.

 

The second floor supports the build up area of 945 sqft and has another utility space of 2’ length which supports household needs efficiently. In the west there is a family hall that is intended for social purposes and is 9’3” x 11’8” sized. Located in the South Master bedroom 19’ 8” x 16’ has a balcony on the south east side of the wall which is 9’11” x 3’3”. There is also an attached bathroom towards the south west of 9’3” x 4’5”. While in the North side there is another bedroom with size 19’8” x 11’6 along with an attached bathroom of6’ x 6’ on the northwest side. There is also a balcony of 19’8” x 3’3” which adds to the outdoor beauty.

 

At the terrace layout, there is a family hall situated by the stairs measuring 9’3” x 11’8” which can be used as a a social event venue along with the big open terrace extending 19’8” x 15’11”. In addition, there is a large balcony simulating 15’3” x 19’8” which can be used for leisure time and gardening.

 

Key features of the design stress functional space distribution, attention to planning at every level for comfort and improved utility. Windows, balconies, and open areas contribute to the spatial flow of natural light and air into the bright interiors. Gardening and relaxation are possible on the terraces and balconies. Modern family lifestyles are incorporated into the design with spacious halls as well as ample room for social interaction.
