This is a 25’ x 40’ west-facing G+2 duplex which incorporates modern architecture along with a well-organized space planning. It includes the parking, dining, bedrooms, utilities, extra family spaces like family balconies, family terraces, and many more for leisure activities.

 

The structure has three levels where each one is designated for different purposes. The most accessible, on the ground floor features spacious parking, a garden, came with a large room that can function as a living room. The first floor makes fashion more approachable with another balcony and pooja room along with the bedrooms. The second floor is more about solitude and leisure where a study, dressing rooms, and spacious bedrooms are provided.

 

The area is around 1000sqft of built up ground floor space in level one, and 23 feet 10 inches by 39 feet of parking space in level two. The space can allow cars and bikes, along with some gardening work. Stairs are placed at northwest and go up towards western side. Living hall is right in the center with dining area attached to it and can be merged to improve the beauty of movement between the two. Kitchen is placed at southeast along with supporting utilities in the middle. Bedroom is private while common bath is accessible and located in a good position.

 

The first floor incorporates an array of functional features within a spatial footprint of 837.43 sqft. A defined utility area at the entrance minimizes the time spent on chores. The balcony measuring 6’11” x 6’4” allows for outdoor leisure activities. The balcony also serves as a lovely gardening space which transforms it into an inviting area. Family interaction is encouraged in the living hall measuring 13’11” x 15’5”. Smooth daily activities are facilitated by the open, well placed kitchen. There is also a spacious bedroom and a common bathroom that is located conveniently for easy access. The pooja room contributes to the decorum of the house.

 

The second floor adds to the design with free space at the front of the stairs, extending the buildup area to 839.5 sqft. The master bedroom is located on the southwest side and comes with an attached bathroom as well as a dressing room for privacy. Another bedroom contains a balcony and a dressing room, adding versatility for evolving spatial requirements. There is a private study room which serves as a quiet workspace/learning space. It comes with an adjoining balcony that allows for ventilation.

 

Additional features include well ventilated and brightly lit interiors, carefully placed windows, outdoor balconies for relaxation and gardening, family-friendly design with roomy halls, spacious bedrooms, compact utility spaces, and multifunctional dressing areas which promote an effortless lifestyle, all integrated in the design.
