The balcony measuring 6’11” x 6’4” allows for outdoor leisure activities. The balcony also serves as a lovely gardening space which transforms it into an inviting area. Family interaction is encouraged in the living hall measuring 13’11” x 15’5”. Smooth daily activities are facilitated by the open, well placed kitchen. There is also a spacious bedroom and a common bathroom that is located conveniently for easy access. The pooja room contributes to the decorum of the house.

The second floor adds to the design with free space at the front of the stairs, extending the buildup area to 839.5 sqft. The master bedroom is located on the southwest side and comes with an attached bathroom as well as a dressing room for privacy. Another bedroom contains a balcony and a dressing room, adding versatility for evolving spatial requirements. There is a private study room which serves as a quiet workspace/learning space. It comes with an adjoining balcony that allows for ventilation.
