The area of G+2 Duplex House Plan North Facing is 25' x 40' and the features of the house is a design blend of modernistic style with functionality, spaciousness, an elegance. Family friendly design with bedrooms, bathrooms, dining, outdoor terraces and sitting balconies, leisure areas, and parking are included.

 

There are two levels with an optional terrace; the duplex has. Ground floor consists of a cooking, dining, and relaxing area. There is a living area which enables spending time with family centrally located. For the first floor a number of bedrooms, dressing rooms, and balcony space are provided. Natural light and ventilation are also provided at ample quantities.

 

The ground floor comprises an area of 1000 square feet, which also includes bike and automobile parking. The parking space has generous dimensions, measuring 11’2” x 15’4”. The main entrance faces northeast, which is Vastu compliant, ensuring that the main door of the house opens towards vastu positive energy. A centrally positioned family area serves as an entertainment room. Stairs located in the dining hall, toward the western side, lead up to the second floor. South East open kitchens are 8’7” x 8’2” in size, as well as the adjoining utility room meant for cleaning at 10’3” x 3’. The southwest side features the master bedroom measuring a serene 11’7” x 11’2” retreat. A handy common bathroom located in the northeast part follows easy access, measuring 9’5” x 4’. Northeast facing and measuring 3’ x 3’, the pooja room serves as a quiet area to conduct spiritual activities whilst being compact.

 

Functionality is derived from the first floor's utility area located in its southernmost region measuring 1'6'' foot long. The build up area of the first floor is 920 sqft. Casual get together and families will be easily accommodated in the west facing living hall which measures 10'8'' x 15'4''. The master bedroom which is southwest facing so it gets natural light and its 11'7'' x 11'2''. It has a dressing room measuring 9'1'' x 6'3'' which offers privacy. Furthermore, it has a bathroom of its own which is attached and southeast facing measuring 8'7'' x 4'5''. The second bedroom located at upper northeast side measures 9'5'' x 12'', and has its own balcony measuring 9'5'' x 3'1'' which adds aesthetic appeal enhanced by outdoor usability. The additional northwest bedroom with 10'8'' x 11'2'' offers versatility in the arrangement of living space. In the northeast is a common bathroom measuring 9'5'' x 4'' which provides accessibility to essential amenities to all residents and guest.

 

For the terrace layout, a dedicated open terrace is situated on top of the staircase making it fit for leisure activities. Portable furniture can be placed there for social gatherings. Garden tools can also be kept under it for easily transforming the space into a garden showcase. The laundry area also measuring 4' x 9'5'' is easily accessible from the stairs.

 

The key features of this house plan include thoughtfully arranged family rooms and bedrooms in a unified flow, well-allocated space for balconies and terraces to promote relaxation and gardening, efficient natural lighting and ventilation from windows, functional cover areas including compact utility and dressing rooms, and maintained flexibility for customization. The design also maximized area from the plot to dress up space.
