The area of G+2 Duplex House Plan North Facing is 25' x 40' and the features of the house is a design blend of modernistic style with functionality, spaciousness, an elegance. There are two levels with an optional terrace; the duplex has. Ground floor consists of a cooking, dining, and relaxing area.
