The Patios and bedrooms G+2 duplex, 25’ x 40’ which is West facing comes engineered for modern features along with relaxation. It keeps on factor of ease of use.
The duplex encompasses two stories. The lower floor has a parking area. Both the living rooms have balconies. The design has bedrooms and utility rooms too. The space measurement of the first floor is 828 sqft. It has a utility area of dimension 2’ and 2'3". It has a free walking area next to the stairs measuring 3’6” x 7’ serving as an open view space. The commander bedroom is positioned at south west and measures 11’3” x 14’8” with a balcony on the western side of 10’8” x 5’3” used for gardening and leisure activities accounts. It has a dressing room off the bathroom 10’6”x 4’11” for better privacy and a bathroom of size 8’2” x 5’3” with OTS section of 1’4” x 5’3” for adequate air inflow. At last, the other bedroom is on the north east side and measures 10’ x 15’1”. It contains a bathroom south east of 5’6” x 8’5”, a dressing room south east of 5’3” x 8’5” for better usage, and a balcony facing northeast of 9’9” x3’7” which is very appealing.
