Notable attention has been given to the 25' x 45' north facing duplex house plan with G + 2 floors as it boasts a very considerate allocation of essential facilities, active zones, and leisure areas within its three floors as well as a terrace located in the southwestern part of the building. The ground floor incorporates all the functional necessities which consist of parking space, a living hall, as well as a kitchen. Second and first floors comprise family private areas which include bedrooms, halls, and balconies. Third floor acts as a recreational terrace where outdoor leisure, relaxation activities, as well as gardening are done.
