RG0058
The G+3 residential house plan is 25’ by 45’, which faces east. It divides community and individual spaces optimally, balancing convenience and relaxation while enhancing the flow of light and air. The layout incorporates four levels, ensuring that the design is comfortable and modern.
This 25’ x 45’ house plan showcases a strategically partitioned ground floor meant for convenience and ease. There is a seamless flow of living areas and utilities. Including an allocated section for parking , 15’9” x 24’7”, and its own gardening counter adds to the aesthetic value of house. The eastern side of the house contains an entry door. This location provides a suitable welcoming atmosphere for incoming guests while also aligning with vastu principles.
The dependably located staircase in the southeast section picks up from the ground floor and goes East. This allows for smooth access between the floors. The secret to preserving optimal space while simultaneously creating room flow is for the staircase to be positioned on the ground floor and extend to the upper levels.
The integrated open kitchen system increases efficiency in meal preperation which flows into the southwest living area just below the 14’ 2” x 12’ 9” marking. This turns the integrated space into a social and leisure center which can be used for family gatherings or interactions. The location provides privacy but also easy access.
In particular, the comfort and seclusion of the residents is further enhanced by a northwest bedroom measuring 9’6” x 9’8”. Ensured ease of access and convenience at the attached bathroom measuring 4’5” x 6’5” is close enough to the private bedroom while still maintaining an efficient design.
As a result, the combination of living spaces and utility spaces on the ground floor is done in a way that integrates and synergizes the surrounding area to ensure a home that not only breathes, but takes in ample light.
The first floor, focusing privacy and comfort, spans 881.5 sqft. The main entrance situated on the northeast part of the house has a passage area of 19’7’’ x 5’11’’ that promotes outdoor movement. The living hall, located at the center of the house, is 12’5’’ x 11’7’’ big and is the main family area. There is an open kitchen on the southeast part of the house that is 9’2’’ x 10’9’’ big and is connected to the dining hall so that meals can be prepared and eaten at the same place. There is a southwestern bedroom that is 9’2’’ x 12’9’’ with a bathroom attached that is 9’6’’ x 4’5’’ and northwest bedroom that is 9’6’’ x 12’1’’, which has a shared bathroom that is 5’7’’ x 4’3’’. The most important design principles of this layout are practicality and privacy.
Just like on the first floor, the second floor has the same design with build-up area measuring 881.5 sqft. Continuity is maintained. Moreover, movement has been enhanced with the change in the living room passage size to 19’7” x 5’11”. As usual, the east side facing living hall which is still serving as a circulation space measures 12'5'' x 11'7''. Moving to the open kitchen located on the southeast side of the house, it has been optimized in size measuring 9’2” x 10’9” for effective use. The previous layout is still followed: southwest bedroom which is 9’2” x 12’9’’ has an attached bathroom of 9’6” x 4’5” while the northwest bedroom, which is 9’6” x 12’1”, has a common bathrooom of 5’7” x 4’3”. The repetition still helps in achieving an optimal and functional residential arrangement.
Also measuring 881.5 sqft, the third floor emphasizes relaxation and outdoor activities. Designed for gardening and relaxation, the open terrace on the northern side measuring 19’2” x 42’4” allows for such activities. On the southwest side is the utility area measuring 8’5” x 5’5” which helps with cleaning and laundry tasks providing practical functionality. This level is an outdoor retreat and within the home, greatly enhancing the functionality.
The layout of this East-facing house measuring 25 by 45 feet balances the features of contemporary living and design efficiency perfectly. The combination of semi-closed organized residential spaces with open terraces offers greater comfort and the use areas provide more space utility. The used layout provides optimal circulation of air and sunlight through the ventilation openings and windows, which keeps the house bright and livable, making it perfect for a modern family.
