The space is maximized across four levels in this 25’ x 45’ duplex house with G+3 floors. The separation of private and communal areas ensures optimal ventilation, lighting through windows, and open spaces.

 

The ground floor has incorporated all essential living spaces along with its utilities with practicality in mind within 1125 sqft. There is a parking structure of 24'3''x21'6'' that can accommodate cars with space for a garden on one side. The staircase in the northwest is positioned towards the north and leads to the upper floors unobstructed. The open entry that faces northwest allows entry into the main dwelling which is the living hall located on the northeast corner measuring 9' x 14'. This functions as a communal area where everyone can relax. The sink located in the southeast which is the open kitchen measures 6’7” x 8’10”, comes with attached utility spaces of 4’1” x 8’6” specifically for cleaning and doing the washing. There is also a bedroom southwestwards measuring 11’9” x 9’8”. Moreover, a common washroom located towards the northwest measuring 4’2” x 7’7” adds to accessibility. A primary focus at this level was practicality to ensure all activities could be carried out easily.

 

The floor gives much more comfort and privacy within 1125 sqft. The stated dimensions of the passage entrance of 6’5” x 9’ serves as a divider of spaces while allowing free flow of movement between spaces. The first door on the right hand side offers a northeast view of the main door which leads into the centrally placed living hall 12’1” x 13’9” that serves the purpose of elongating rest and family get together time. The open kitchen located on the southeast measuring 8’5” x 8’7” also has an attached utility section measuring 8’6” x 3’4” to increase the overall efficiency of the household. A northeast pooja room measuring 3’ x 3’ also creates some other room to perform the rituals of your choice. Other pooja's room are located on top of the cupboard of the provided wardrobe. The other bedrooms of this floor consists a southwest room measuring 14’1” x 9’7” with an attached bathroom measuring 5’8” x 4’ and a common bathroom located in the northwest positon measuring 4’6” x 7’4”. Design divides private and social areas for communally balanced privacy living.

 

Second floor features an identical residential layout of 1125 sqft. Relaxation and entertainment possibilities are enhanced through a northeast positioned living hall measuring 20’1” x 13’9”. Bedrooms include a southeast room serving as a private retreat measuring 14’1” x 8’6” and a southwest room measuring 14’1” x 9’7” with an ensuite bath 4’ x 5’8”. A northwest common bathroom measuring 4’6” x 7’4” is conveniently available for residents. Ample gardening or enjoying the view can be experienced on the spacious balcony measuring 19’2” x 6’9”. This level blends well privacy and leisure having ample ground land both indoors and outdoors.

 

Third floor is all about outdoor functionality while ensuring comfort. Terrace has headroom space of 12’2”. Cleaning and washing activities are supported at the dedicated laundry area measuring 4’6” x 7’4”. Relaxation, gardening, sitting, and socializing can be done on the open terrace which also serves as a large outdoor component of the home, measuring 18’7” x 41’8”.

 

The 25' by 45' duplex house plan combines practicality with modern design in a wonderful way. The metuiously crafted structure with roomy balconies and even a pooja room provides comfort as it caters to modern living. The home is very pleasant to live in due to the careful attention devoted to natural light and ventilation which gives the home an airy feel.
