The 25’ x 45’ G+3 house comes with two floors and a total area of 5040 sqft. Its east-facing layout offers improved comfort and functionality spread across four thoughtfully planned levels. The design combines public, private, and utility spaces in a manner that captures good light and ventilation, significantly increasing the breeziness and illumination around the house.
The 1125 sq ft ground floor puts greatest emphasis on balancing spatial circulation and ease of accessibility. The parking area is also spacious, measured at 15’7” x 24’8”. There is enough space for vehicle parking and room left over for gardening. The southeast staircase allows vertical movement to the upper floors and turns north-south to provide a streamlined experience for user movement between floors. There are also two bedrooms on this floor. One is located Southwest and is 9’2” x 12’9” in size. It has an attached bath that is 4’6” x 6’5”. There is also a Northwest bedroom that is 9’6” x 9’8” in size and has an attached 4’5” x 6’5” bath. This careful arrangement of space consideration allows for comfortable, utility, and parking access at one access point on the floor.
The first floor emphasizes living space and still provides privacy in the bedrooms. This floor is 881.5 sqft in area. A passage area measuring 19’7” by 5’11” offers external views and enhance accessibility from internal spaces. The main door located on the northeast side opens into a centrally placed and designed living hall measuring (12’5” x 11’4”), which serves as a social and relaxation zone. The dining hall measuring 12’5” x 6’11” flows seamlessly into the open kitchen on the southeast side which is 9’2” x 10’9” enabling convenience. Two bedrooms mirror the layout on the ground floor: the aforementioned southwest bedroom comes with an attached bathroom measuring (4’6” x 6’5”) while the northwest bedroom measuring (9’6” x 9’8”) has an attached bathroom measuring (4’5” x 6’5”). This floor further increases the ability to interact and remain private at the same time.
Just like the first floor, the second floor also has an area of 881.5 sqft, replicating the layout for ease and practicality. The passage zone also keeps the external viewing window. A living hall also provides for better continuity in social spaces which is positioned at 12’5” x 11’4”. The southeast dining hall also cuts off to an open kitchen measuring 9’2” x 10’9” directly. The bedrooms are in the same layout, southwest bedroom measuring 9’2” x 12’9” with an ensuite of 4’6” x 6’5”. The northwest bedroom spans 9’6” x 9’8” and has a 4’5” x 6’5” bathroom. This floor continues the same flow for ease of living and construction.
Every outdoor activity is the main focus of the third floor which spans 881.5 sqft. This means that an open terrace measuring 19’2” x 42’4” serves double as a space for gardening and lounging. Smooth laundry and cleaning tasks are taken care of by the 8’5” x 5’5” southwest utility area. By adding these unused areas, the floor increases the functionality of the home.
This house design for a family of the size of a typical house is east-facing with the measurements 25’ by 45’ and offers optimal utility along with comfort and leisure activities. The design achieves a balance suitable for a modern family. The strategically positioned windows help maintain privacy while providing adequate natural lighting and air circulation. The open terrace doesn’t just add to the design’s elegance; it also guarantees the home is beautiful and functional for day-to-day life.
