The ground floor is built for fundamental operations, combining parking, a living area, and storage. A customized parking space of 24’ x 11’10” enables effortless movement of vehicles, including cars and bicycles. The principal North entrance opens into a spacious Living Hall of 11’5” x 15’1” – placed on the eastern side of the house – which serves as a reception area for family members and visitors, fully furnished for family gatherings. This area is designed to facilitate multiple communal spaces interactions. The strategically located southeast Open Kitchen, placed right next to the Dining Hall, measures 8’7” x 9’6”. It has efficient serving and helps maintain functional meal preparation. A 4’7” x 8’7” utility area integrated with the kitchen is these kitchen facilities designed for functionality. The southwest-positioned Dining hall, measuring 9’9” x 13’10”, serves as a structure meal space. Next to it is a West facing Storage room, sized 4’ x 8’6”. There is also extra space for some items which need arranging. A common bathroom is positioned Northwest (3’11” x 7’). It is located conveniently close to the staircase for easy access. The Northwest staircase goes up to Northeast, allowing for efficient vertical flow between levels. This floor combines utility and semi-private residential space.

Social zones on the first floor are better delineated and have the social areas for the family to enjoy themselves in privacy. Family hall is positioned in the East side with the dimensions of 10’8” x 11’5”. It serves to relax as well as for bonding activities. It also serves as a melding zone.
