Our design features a 2BHK Duplex House Plan (G+2) with North Facing Dimensions: 24’ x 41’ built in with a focus on contemporary planning principles, high standards of living, and space maximization for our clients.

 

Circulation and lighting are balanced on all levels, providing a consistent flow throughout a vastu optimized house. The vastu compliant structure consists of two 2BHK floors. Two mirrored layouts are further complimented by balconies and terraces for leisure time or gardening enhancing outdoor space essential for leisure activities. Thus the combination of these features increases not only the aesthetics and functionality of the house, but also its harmony with the design.

 

The Ground Floor offers 984 sqft of living space. It also has a compact utility room which is optimal for household tasks. With a size of 11’9” x 6’1” a parking space is available for smaller cars or bikes. The northeastern entrance is in alignment with vastu. Centrally located is the living area, with a measurement of 12’2” x 16’ which serves as the main relaxation zone. Supporting daily cooking activities is the southeast open kitchen with a size of 8’11” x 11’. Privacy is provided with the southwest master bedroom (10’ x 11’). For additional functionality, there is a second bedroom located NW measuring 8’ x 11’6”. Offering higher accessibility, a common western side bathroom (4’ x 8’) is centrally located. Northeastern pooja room is tranquil and cozy measuring 3’7 x 3’6 whilst remaining out of the way.

 

The first floor now has a functional area of 829.5 sqft, with an increased utility area of 1’6” in length. There is also an optimally located 11’9” x 6’1” balcony close to the stairs which can be used for relaxation, gardening or rest. The northeast side continues the main entrance which aligns the integrity with the ground floor. A spacious living area sized over 12’2” x 16’ is continuing to provide a comfortable atmosphere for gatherings. The southeast kitchen is 8’11” x 11”, and more proficient in relation to symmetry, placed also south east to lower level. A south west master bedroom also finely sized at 10’ x 11’ that capture light and airflow effectively, while a second bed in the northwest is also compact coming at 8’ x 11’6” will repeat the premise from the ground floor. At the common northwest bathroom which is always accessible, it is 4’ x 8”. The compact pooja room in the northeast measuring 3’7” x 3’6” increases the aesthetic spiritual.

 

No changes in the layout on the second floor, is intended for construction simplicity and ease on functionality. In the terrace layout there is also an optimally located 6’1” x 11’9” balcony close to the stairs as private retreat for rest. With an open terrace, there is more space for activities like resting, gardening, social interaction or events.

 

A space-efficient design approach is taken by making sure every zone is designed for ease of use. Windows, OTS areas, and balconies allow for the circulation of air and sunlight into the space which keeps the interior well-lit and ventilated. Balconies and terraces enhance the exterior of the building while providing additional gardening and leisure space. This uniform arrangement across all levels improves balance and order, a perfect construction for modern families who want elegant comfort in their home.
