This G+2 duplex house plan delineates a structure as a 20’ x 45’ house, designed to ps even circulation, ventilation, and aesthetic elements at all levels. As is clear from the plan, the ground floor, 900 sqft, features a small utility space of 1’9” length with the possibility for gardening or household chores. In addition, there is large uncovered space of 19’ x 21’7” that serve for parking of vehicles and many other utility purposes. The vastu compliant northeast main door gives a good feeling with well designed welcoming entrance. Living hall, centrally located is 12’8” x 9’11” which is a considerable size for a family space enabling relaxation as well as gatherings. Kitchen is positioned in the southeast and open in nature which facilitates daily cooking. It is 6’ x 9’11” in size.
