Like the other levels, this meticulously designed west-facing duplex plan 20 40 house plan 3d G+4 structure is elegant and functional. Starting at the ground level, the first floor has two vehicles and clear access to an expansive parking area of 18'8'' x 20''. The door is located in the northwest segment of the building, with the main entrance facing north. This is the first and most important location a gust receives when entering the building. Located in the northeast corner of the floor plan, is the versatile 10'6'' x 10’ room which can serve as a guest room or other useful space. An open kitchen of 8'2" x 11" is situated in the southeast direction which is very efficient in culinary work and stylish. Completing this level is a common 6'6" x 5' bathroom which further enhances the convenience for tenants and guests.

 

Construction began with a floor plan for a pooja room in the northeast quadrant measuring 3’x3’ offering space for quiet reflection. Exposed utility in the east consists of 15’2”x4’8” useful for busy household chores which compliment the open kitchen and dining area measuring 15'2”x11'4” in the southeast, blending seamlessly with the other rooms. The main entrance faces north and gracefully incorporates both the interior and exterior space while the staircase which leads to the second floor, the design gives additional consideration to the dimensions, placing it in front of a passage entrance which measures 5’8”x 12’11”. Northwest of the stairs, the living hall encompasses 13’1”x15’ while the utility room along with a floor space of 15’2”x4’8” for chores and cleaning, serves the kitchen. On the upper floor, access is given through duplex stairs positioned to the south from the other rooms. Rounding out the utilities provided on this floor is a common bathroom measuring 4’x6'6" which is conveniently placed next to the living hall.

 

At the top of the steps is a lounge measuring 11’8”x6’2” which serves as a transitional area between the stairs and the other rooms on the second floor, adding sophistication to the entire layout. The southwest corner contains a master bedroom of 18’8” x 15’ with an en-suite bathroom measuring 8’ x 4’2“which serves as a retreat for serenity. Northeast, there is a kids’ room of 14’ x 15’ that comes with a 7’x4’2” dressing room, and there is a bathroom measuring 4’2”x7’6” attached to the room, making sure that the younger members of the family have appropriate space and privacy.

 

Like the lower floors, the third floor has the same functions but with distinct purpose areas incorporated. At the foot of the stairs is a lounge 11’9”x6’2” which functions as a more relaxed social area. There is a 14’x15’ study room in the east part which is meant for the focused work area. Like every other study room, this one also has a bathroom attached measuring 4'2"x7’, in addition to a balcony 4’2”x8’ to allow his room sunlight and fresh air access. Another master bedroom is located in the southwest corner, giving the layout some balance. This room also has the same dimensions as the previous one 18’8”x15’ with an en-suite bathroom of 8’x4’2”.

 

This duplex layout highlights an efficient use of space while retaining comfort and style on each level, guaranteeing city living sophistication.
