This west-facing duplex incorporates the 20 40 house plan 3bhk. It well describes a G+4 structure with both aesthetics and utility in mind. The ground floor has a very large parking area 18'8'' x 38’10” wide providing succession and availability for vehicles. The stairs located in the center northwestern part of the building leads to the upper parts of the building. The entrance situated southwestward and looking to the west, opens into a well spaced inviting setting on the ground floor.

 

Housing the 10'4'' x 5'6'' balcony is first floor which has the stairs towards…the “front” and is set as an escape to the open air. The starting step of duplex stairs is set in the south and will lead to the top floors. The southeast has an average modern looking opened kitchen and dining area whose measurements add up to 18'6” x 11'4'' whereas the adjoining space faces the east and adds up to 15'2” x 4'8'' along with a 5'1” x 4'8” toilet which adds some practicality and ease to the otherwise useless area.

In front of the stairs, there is a lounge area measuring 6'2" x 11'10" and the laundry room and store both measure 6' x 6' to the southeast.
