The G+2 duplex house’s dimensions are 20’ x 40’ and faces the east direction. It is designed to provide a modern living experience with integration of three bedrooms, circulation spaces, and all other amenities. The design provides for easy movement, ensuring sufficient air circulation and light entry into the house. The ground floor has a parking space for one vehicle which measures 18’9” x 11’8”. There is also space for gardening. The driveway and primary pedestrian access to the building is set in the east side direction. This makes the approach welcoming. The northeast living area measures 10’11” x 10’10” and is designed for the dynamics and relaxation making it suitable for socializing. Kitchen area located to the southeast is 7’5” x 10’3” and is to be fitted out for practical cooking. There is also an adjoining utility room which is 3’4” x 15’9” that is for drying and cleaning purposes. Accommodation also provides a northwest bedroom of 14’11” x 9’2” which is sited to maintain privacy requirements. The southwest bathroom is a common one with dimensions of 3'9" x 4'1" which is accessible easily by residents and guests. A set of stairs located in the north and turning then to the south-north has clear view of the sky in the middle which helps ventilation as the air can flow freely in and out of the room.
