This 20 40 duplex house plan north facing has an more space in all levels. It is a G+3 strcuture. The underground has got a parking slot of 15' x 18'10", which is good for keeping vehicles parked. The primary door is placed in the north facing northwest, and it leads into the property. The stairs to the duplex are attached in the northeast corner and they lead up into the upper levels. The living hall in the southeast has got the space of 16' x 12'2" and can also be used for relaxing or social gathering. The hall also has a common bathroom of size 4'6" x 8', which has a good location for easy access.
On the first floor, the design shifts to an elegant yet practical layout. Following the stairs, on the southeast side, there is an open kitchen and dining area measuring 12'2" x 16', poised for cooking and entertaining. In the southwest, there is attached a utility room measuring 4'6" x 8', providing extra storage or functional workspace. The northeast corner houses the master bedroom, a generously-sized retreat of 12' x 15'2" featuring a dressing room of 4'8" x 7' and an ensuite bathroom of 4'8" x 7', offering seclusion while ensuring ease of access.
The second floor commences with a rest area of 8’9” x 5’ in front of the stairs which serves as a circulatory space. The northeastern part houses the children’s bedroom which measures 12’ x 15’2” and has been carefully furnished to house a dressing room (4’8” x 7’8”) and an ensuite bathroom of 4’8” x 7’ for the younger dwellers.
