This residential building is G+2 and north-facing measuring 20’ x 45’. It has been designed with modern family living in mind, optimizing for comfort, functionality, and spatial constraints. The design integrates all the critical service spaces with communal and private areas in a manner that supports personal and rental use.
With a footprint of 900 sqft, the ground floor optimally has a high level of privacy and maximum accessibility. The parking space sized 5'8'' x 13'4’’, provides adequate space for small vehicles, motorbikes/bicycles and is in turn notched for gardening. The main entrance located at the Northeast captures vastu compliance while still being easy to access. Great room holds a built-in family area that functions as a multi-purpose living area sized 15’10’’ x 14’1’’ and used for family interactions. The little kitchen and dining area to the southeast, which measures 7’4’’ x 10’3’’, is an efficient cooking area with an attached utility of 7’4’’ x 5’ designated as a cleaning and laundry space.
