Ground floor has an ample parking space of 18’8”x20’ which caters to vehicle accommodation needs. The staircase to upper floors connects from the northwest section ensuring cross floor connectivity, the main entrance door is also northwest facing for additional flow which is aptly south facing, as the house is logically designed. To their right is a small measuring 10’x10’6” which is neatly tucked in the northeast which is a good practical room. There is an open kitchen at the southeast corner measuring 8’2”x11’ and a common bath 6’6”x5’ to complete ground floor.
