The four bedroom duplex house plan north facing (G+2) 20’ x 40’ is GRIHA and designed for a family to accommodate modern comforts while maximizing space. Balancing all functions with the efficient flow of air and light in all regions of the house enhances the experience of the occupants. the ground floor contains a parking bay, living hall, kitchen with utility area, pooja room, common bathroom, and internal stairs in the living room.
