This meticulously designed duplex facing north is a well-structured three bedroom G+3 with modern design elements and practicality at its core. Parking area measures 14' x 18'10". The main door is located in the northeast corner of the building on the ground floor facing north, which makes it auspicious, and serves as the inviting entrance to the house. Adjacent to the entrance, northeast, there is a pooja room measuring 3' x 3' whose position ensures peace and tranquility required for spiritual practices. In the northwest corner, there is a staircase marking the entrance to duplex and it goes to the upper floors ensuring vertical accessibility with no mid landing interruptions. In the southeast, there is an open kitchen measuring 12'6" x 6'8"for a more streamlined cooking and dining experience. The southwest faces a living hall measuring 10' x 12'6" which serves as a relaxing space for that is inviting for family time or get-togethers. A common bathroom 4' x 7'10 serving ground floor occupants and guests is located centrally so that it can easily be accessed.
