This meticulously designed G+2 duplex house plan measures 20’ x 40’ and faces East. There is a living area located in northeast measuring 10’11’’ x 10’10’’ which provides leisure and social activities. The southeast kitchen 7’5” x 10’3” also gets ample light and is complete with a utility space of 3’4” x 15’9” meant for drying and cleaning purposes. There is a spacious bedroom in Northwest which is around 14’11” x 9’2” which offers privacy. A common bathroom is located to the southwest which is 3’9” x 4’1” and is easily accessible. The stairs facing north go toward the south, the center has a clear view of the sky and is ventilated allowing fresh air into the home.
