This is a 20’ x 40’ east-facing G+2 residential house plan. The house has been optimized for space and comfort through its three structured floors. Residential features like the bedrooms, living areas, kitchens, and utility spaces are well incorporated with good space for air and light due to windows and open areas placed throughout the house.

 

The ground floor spans 800 sq ft. This floor is centered around practical functionality. A spacious parking area of 19’ x 22’3” permits parking of vehicles, as well permitting room for a small garden. The staircase located southeast of the parking area allows for smooth movement towards the upper floors. The main door which is also located at southeast offers easy access. The west positioned bedroom offers privacy and is also bolstered by a northeast bathroom measuring 4’ x 7’6” attached to it. In addition to this, there are also good utilization of space in the seating arrangement plus the washroom which all serves the purpose of residing.

 

The first floor features an additional 800 sqft area which is blended together to allow for sociable activities while having individual loonge areas. Passage entrance occupying 5’10” x 6’4” gives good access to movement between different areas.

 

In the northeast section of the house, there is an entryway that opens up into a living hub that id centrally placed in the house, measures 7’7” x 13’4,” functions as a lounging area for social gatherings. South Est opened is an open kitchen with well strcutured layout that meets efficiency measures of 6’10” x 5’9”.

 

There is a common bathroom that positioned to the north measuring 4’ x 9’2.” A west side bedroom 14’11” x 9’6 is most concealed for comfy living. This floors indicate high regard for both personal areas adding appropriate shared rooms which makes it ideal for familons.

 

To make it user friendly the second floor mirrors the layout of the first floor. 800 sqft area that is added still offers remote potential for rental or multi-family living arrangemetnts. Reliable repetition allows bunsiness.

 

The third floor is te most entertaining one. It has an open terrace for relaxation, small gatherings, a garden, or any other activities. Secured spots for washer and cleaning aids while still being easy to reach add practicality to this final floor. Spaces give a multi option outdoor flexibility that complete the living areas.
