There is an open to sky section of 4’3” x 4’5” that improves air circulation.

As per each side on the floor expansion, the first and second floors match in square footage, both measuring at 847.47 sqft. Design cohesion is maintained throughout. The northeast bedroom which is located on the second floor is the same as the first floor and measures 10’6” x 10’11” and has a southeast attached bathroom of 6’ x 4’5”. Proper air ventilation for the room is provided with the respective OTS measuring 4’3” x 4’5”.
