This G+3 Duplex House is 21" x 42" g and faces west. The layout offers balance to comfortable living while maintaining elegance and utility. Ample parking, areas for cooking, sleeping, and living are delicately arranged to enhance the pleasure of residential living.

 

It extends over three floors and encloses storage areas, terraces, and gardens. The modern architecture in every level includes a good number of windows which allows plenty of light and airflow. A designated lift shaft ensures vertical travel convenience to all floors.

 

The ground floor houses a parking zone 19’4” x 40’4” sufficient to hold bikes, several cars and a small green space. The net area built-up area of this floor is 847.47 sqft. A compact bathroom close the foot of the stairs Southwest is 4’5” x 4’. A store room on the north side measuring 10’6” x 10’11” with access from south west completes the room arrangement.

 

Taking up 847.47 sqft of space, the first floor comes with a garage entrance situated on the northwest side for ease of access. An oft-needed family interacting living hall of 15’8” x 19’4” is strategically placed in the middle of the house. Stairs in the northwest go southeast. Balconies increase livable places, so there is also a small attached one of 19’4” x 4’2’. A 4’5” x 4’5” lift increases mobility and provides easier access to other areas. The Kitchen on the southeast side measures 8’4” x 11’5” and has a utility space of 8’1” x 4’5” dedicated to laundry chores. The northeastern bedroom of dimensions 10’6” x 10’11” also has a bathroom of 6’ x 4’5” which allows for some seclusion being away from the rest of the room. There is an open to sky section of 4’3” x 4’5” that improves air circulation.

 

As per each side on the floor expansion, the first and second floors match in square footage, both measuring at 847.47 sqft. Design cohesion is maintained throughout. The centerpiece for shared use activities is the living hall which is 15’8” x 19’4”. Stairs in the northwest continue their clockwise rotation towards the southeast on the second level. The balcony which is also accessible from the living hall is 19’4” x 4’2” in size. The lift is still positioned at a convenient location of 4’5” x 4’5”. For the sake of uniformity, the kitchen and utility spaces retain their positional relationship and both area meshed together for this design. The northeast bedroom which is located on the second floor is the same as the first floor and measures 10’6” x 10’11” and has a southeast attached bathroom of 6’ x 4’5”. Proper air ventilation for the room is provided with the respective OTS measuring 4’3” x 4’5”.

 

Key highlights of this home design include efficient approach on organisng space and convenient usability for maximized comfort. Efficiency is retained alongside style with aid from outdoor areas like the balconies and sky windows. Features such as a lift for multiple floor assist mobility like in the case of the lift enable movement between one floor and the other strategically raises accessiblity without triggering blocks.
