The 37' x 60' dongpo residential building is an East facing G + 3 structure, carefully divided into four levels, each with a distinctive purpose. It has a ground floor with a utility room measuring about 1'6'' by 1', while the parking space provides ample room to fit a car and still have space for some gardening. The stair case is in the southeast corner running on the north south axis with the lift located to the east of the parking area. The main entrance to the flats is south east with the leed into a living hall. On the northwest corner, one bedroom with attached bathroom is located and open kitchen is on the western side. Build up area on this level is estimated at around 30' x 50' which gives us 1500 sqft.
