The residential building is west-facing with a plot size of 36'x68', designed as a G+3 floor plan. We utilized the ground floor as a parking garage for bicycles along with a gardening space and an auxiliary area measuring 1’6” in length. As for the staircase, it is located in the south with a longitudinal orientation towards the North-South direction, while the entrance can be found in the southeast region. The ground floor layout integrates the living area and utility area with a bathroom assigned for public use along with an open kitchen and puja room. We also added three bedrooms, one equipped with an ensuite bathroom.

First-floor layout and furnishings were kept uniform with the subsequent floors barring the added utility section measuring 2’ x 1’6 unattended to at the south side stairs. Gardening and scenic view balconies serve various practical and aesthetic functions as access points to the first floor. The first floor features both east and west house plans enabling effortless customization.The eastern part contains a main door in the southeast, which leads to a living area, utility space, common bathroom, open kitchen with a pooja room, and three bedrooms (one has an attached bathroom). The western part has its main entrance in southwest which includes a living area, utility space, common bathroom, open kitchen, and three bedrooms (one has an attached bathroom).

The second floor has the same layout as the first floor in order to sustain uniformity in design. Third floor is designed as a spacious open terrace to enable relaxation, socializing and gardening. Adequate ventilation, windows, and airflow along with proper lighting, are incorporated to ensure sufficiency of natural light and air.

Detailed Measurements

The ground floor encompasses a built-up area of 2448 sqft (36' x 68'). This is inclusive of the Living Area 9'5'' x 20'11'', Utility Space 9'11'' x 3'8'', Common Bathroom 9'5'' x 4'10'', Open Kitchen 11'8" x 10'10" with pooja room 7'8"x4'10" and three other bedrooms of different sizes. One of the bedrooms has an attached bathroom sized 4'7'' x 10'4''.

The first level is 2064 sqft (32’ x 64’6”) including a balcony (12’10” x 3’). The east portion comprises a living area (9’5” x 20’11”), utility (9’5” x 3’8”), common bathroom (9’5” x 4’10”), open kitchen (11’10” x 10’10”), pooja room (7’8” x 4’10”), and three bedrooms, one with an enclosed bathroom (4’7” x 10’4”).
