The 36*60 east facing house plan of the Residential building size is 36’x 60’ feet and facing in East direction. This is plan with G+3 floor and here Ground floor includes utility area around 2’6” length and parking area for bike standing and gardening with stairs in southeast direction leading to north-south a door with a separated door for stairs and here main door is placed in east direction then living area, open kitchen and 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The first floor includes utility area around 3’, 3’2” and 4’ length after passing through stairs from south direction we see balcony for gardening and outside view and here main door is placed in southeast then living area with balcony for gardening and outside view and 1 common bathroom, open kitchen with utility for laundry and cleaning and balcony for gardening and outside view, 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Over the staircase on the southern side, there is a utility area measuring 3', 3'2", and 4' long, which is accompanied by a balcony designed for gardening and viewing the outside scenery. The entire second floor has been divided into two sections: the eastern and western house plans. In the western house plan, the main door is placed in the southeast direction. Upon entering, there is a living area, an open kitchen, and two additional bedrooms, each fitted with attached bathrooms. The eastern house plan has the main door located toward the southeast direction where the living area is located to the left. This unit features one bathroom that is shared between the two bedrooms, which is adjacent to the kitchenette equipped with a utility area designated for cleaning and laundry. One of the bedrooms is also attached with an outdoor balcony that offers views of the garden and other areas. On the third floor, there is a spacious open terrace which is ideal for sitting, chatting, and gardening. This area is well-lit with ventilation, windows, and a fresh air supply to promote good air circulation.Next, I will outline the building plan along with the precise measurements formatted into feet and inches.

 

Ground Floor

The measurement of the built-up area on the ground floor is 36' x 60' equaling 2160 sqft.In this 36 * 60 east facing house plan which ground floor consists of parking area size 35’ x 23’1” with stairs buildup southeast direction but moves along stairs in north direction (up) and here main door placed in east direction then living area size 22’1” x 10’5” with common bathroom in west size 5’ x 5’1”, open kitchen in southeast size 6’2” x 11’8”, bedroom in southwest size 12’ x 12’5” with attached bathroom size 5’5” x 6’10” and bedroom in northwest size 10’5” x 12’4”.

 

First floor

First floor buildup area: 30’ x 52’10” =1584.9sqft .After passing through stairs form south direction we see balcony size 3’6” x 7’2” and here main door placed in southeast direction then living area in northeast size 10’4” x 17’2” with balcony in northeast size 13’9” x 12’ and common bathroom in northwest size 7’5” x 4’3”, open kitchen in southeast size 12’5” x 6’7” with attached utility size 12’3” x 3’ and balcony size 3’6” x 9’, bedroom in southwest size 12’1” x 12’7” with attached bathroom size 8’6” x 5’1” and bedroom in southwest size 15’3” x 11’8”.This east facing house plan: 36 * 60 includes bedroom northwest of the house measuring 8'11" x 12'4" and attached bathroom measuring 7'5" x 4'11".

 

On first floor, main door placed at southeast side of the house, living area provided (15’2” x 9’5”) with common bathroom in northwest measuring 9’1” x 4’. Open kitchen provided in southeast (10’3” x 5’7”) with utility room (12’4” x 3’) attached. Master bedroom located north-west, measuring 12’11” x 9’6” and ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom is also located northeast, measuring 12'11" x 9'6" and boasting an attached balcony of 13'6" x 4'

Balcony 3'6"x7"1 is located over the steps, below the second open terrace. which has spacious dimensions measuring 28’7” x 52’10”.
