The three-bedroom, hall, kitchen (3BHK) modular residential building plan is oriented north with Ground plus first three floors (G+3) rise is planned on a 35’x60’ plot. The ground floor (GF) has an area of 2100 Sqft and provisions for bike parking, small garden and retail shopping units. A stair case running east west is placed on the northeast corner while the lift is on the northwest corner. A bedroom equipped with an attached bathroom is also part of the GF.

 

The first floor (FF) has a total area of 1620 sqft+ a utility of appx 2', 2'4", 2' 8'' long. The first floor also features a Living hall (14'1''x 16') dining hall (13'8''x 16'6"), a pooja room (4'7''x 4'2'') and a common bathroom (9'4''x 4'2'') located to the southwest side. Open kitchen measuring (14' x 10'3") faces southeast and adjoins with utility (14' x 4'2"). Additionally, third bedroom is situated southwest with attached bathroom (9'4''x 4'6''). Further two more bedrooms located in northeast (13'11'' x 16'') and west (9'4'' x 11'10'') complete the floor.

 

The second floor is quite identical to the first floor. There is a utility area and a living hall whose dimensions are 14’1” x 16’. There is also a dining hall measuring 13’8’’x16’6’’, pooja room at 4’7”x4’2”, a common bathroom of 9’4x4’2, an open kitchen of 14’x10’3” and a utility area measuring 14’x4’2”. The second floor also contains the bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom which first floor also had.

 

For leisure activities, the third floor is equipped with an open terrace that can be utilized for gardening, sitting, etc. It has a large open terrace area measuring 28’8”x48’4” and 1620-sqft, which also comes with a generous balcony measuring 14’7”x6’8”. There is also a lift on this floor located at the northwest corner.
