This G+3 east-facing building is intended for a plot size of 35’x60’ feet. There is a garden and bike parking located on the ground floor along with potty facilities in the multifunctional hall. Access is primarily from the southeast stairwell that moves in a south to north direction. Subsequent floors have already been allocated. The first floor also bears an undersized utility closet measuring 2’ x 2’2”. The lower southern staircase opens into the entrance door located in the northeast facing position. The wide living hall that also contains a pooja room accompanies a spacious dining hall adjacent to the active kitchen. The floor is ideal for mid-sized families with a total of three bedrooms, two with attached restrooms. The dining area further provides qualitative frequency through a separate powder room enhancing loft like convenience.

 

The layout begins with a built-up area of 30’10” x 56’ (1,726.48 sqft) on the second floor including a 19’ x 6’11” passage that is situated to the right of a staircase that is located to the south. On the northeast side, one can access a living hall that is very generously sized at 11’9” x 24’2” along with a pooja room of size (4’3” x 4’8”). Towards southeast, one can spot a dining hall sized 12’10” x 12’1” which is accompanied by a common bathroom towards southwest of the direction measuring (10’ x 4’2”). The open kitchen has the size of 12’1” x 12’1” and is equipped with an utility area measuring 12’7” x 4’. Other features include a bedroom in southwest measuring (12’7” x 12’8”) along with an attached bathroom (12’7” x 4’6”). There are two additional bedrooms in northwest corner 11’ x 11’3” and 11’ x 12’8” s respectively, the latter of which includes an en-suite bathroom (5’ x 8’2”).

 

The floor area of the third floor is also 30’10” x 56’ (1,726.48 sqft). It has the same structural pattern with a southern staircase that offers access to a large open terrace which measures 29’8” x 49’2”. The terrace can be used for recreational purposes like sitting, resting, or gardening. All floors are encased in walls, columns, and slabs providing structural stability to the entire building. Considered aspects of the design are architectural framed windows, non-orthogonal angled doors, utility cutouts, and generous ventilation paths. The structure is also enhanced with artistic features such as cut-out branches of a fence and timber countertops in European style that along with other advanced materials like modular window brackets have been designed from adaptable constructions of polypropylene and corrugated sheets to enable future aesthetic changes.
