The 35 x 65 residential building facing east and has an area of 2275 sq ft.

 

The building is a thoughtfully-designed, luxurious, duplex home optimized for elegant living on the G floors and two additional floors (G+2).

 

The first and second floors have G ground floor area 1845.25 sq ft and 956.48 sq ft respectively.

 

The ground floor of the building has a spacious parking area of 16'6'' x 19'11'' with additional gardening space as well as a convenient utility area of 2' x1'9" on one side of the house.

 

The additional area is sufficient for either a car or motorcycle to be parked.

 

Directly northeast from the main house entrance is the living hall measuring at 18'4'' x 15'10''. This area can be utilized effectively to entertain guests or family during gatherings.

 

Further, the house has a staircase positioned at the southeast which moves further downwards in a nort-south orientation to access the upper floors.

 

An additional open kitchen measuring at 14'4'' x 12'1'' is located in the Southeast side of the ground floor along with an adjoining utility room measuring at (14'4" x 3'7") that serves the dual purpose of laundry and cleaning.
