This residential duplex was built on a 35’ by 60’plot facing north and it is composed of G+2 floors for balance functionality and livability. The ground floor hosts a utility area measuring roughly 2 feet to 3 feet, 6 inches in length, that aids in vital mundane tasks while a generously spacious parking zone could easily fit cars and bikes. The other entrance is positioned at the northeast corner of the building and opens directly into the lavish living space located east of the home.
