The 35 x 60 east facing house map for a residential building contains a G+3 floor plan which is very attractive and dripping in aesthetics while still offering the practicality of proper space allocation. The ground floor which occupies a total area of 2100 sqft, also contains a utility area of 2' to 2'2", dedicated bicycle parking, a garden, and in the southeast corner, there is a staircase that not only leads to the upper floors but also ascends towards the north south direction.
