This residential house design of dimension 35’x60’ is a multi-story building (G+3) with floors planned in a systematic manner. There is accommodation for parking, retail space, and living quarters. The ground floor offers an expansive area measuring 2100 sqft, which adjoins a dedicated bike garage, a retails area and a garden plot. The northeast staircase is in the middle of the floor and runs East-West, with the lift in the Northwest parking area – granting easy access to all floors.

 

The first floor is the last one of the construction where all its beinhg part of the first flush (1620 sqft) is accompanied by a stair hall measuring 19’ x 8’11”. The lift in WW corner serves all of the residents The northwest door offers entrance and the spacious living hall (14’1” x 14’2”) rows onto a balcony perfect for gardening which in turn from dining hall (12’11” x 12’10). Apart from these the floor is served by a common bathroom (9’4” x 4’2”) and kitchen (14’ x 9’5”) along-aid with utility (14’ x 4’2”). Furthermore, there is one bedroom (14’2” x 14’2”) ensuite bathroom (9’4” x 3’9”) and this also offers privacy.

 

The second floor has the same layout as the first floor with a still build-up area of 1620 sqft. The placement of the stairs and lifts are still the same with the main entrance at northwest. The dimension of the living hall (14'1'' x 14'2'') leads to the dining room which is attached (12'11'' x 12'10''). The common bathroom has a dimension of (9'4'' x 4'2''). Like the first floor, the kitchen and utility area also have the same dimensions which allows more space for cooking and cleaning. The second floor also has two large spacious bedrooms, one to the southwest (14'2'' x 14'2'') while another to the northeast (14' x 17'9'') both with ensuites for easy access for family members.

 

The third floor has a open terrace measuring 28'10'' x 45'9'' that can be utilized for gardening, leisure or other relaxation activities. This area can be accessed through stairs and lift which allow the floor to enjoy breeze and cross ventilation which makes the terrace more livable.

 

In general, this design of 35'x60' north facing house flexibly combines efficient space utilization factors such as abundant living area, peripheral utility spaces, and an open terrace for leisure. The design combines private and communal areas to suit modern family needs.
