This duplex residential building facing south is organized on a G+2 floor plan and measures 33’x60’. It is designed to optimize modern day living. The parking area inclusive of a pergola measuring 16’5” x 10’4” in the southwest, post shed, measures 15’1” x 25’. The ground floor, encompassing a built-up area of 1980 sqft, has a utility space approximately 2’6'’ in length. The living area has its main entrance from the southeast, with dimensions of 13’11” x 14’8” along with the staircase in the southwest also facing east. Dining hall that is adjacent to the living space is also in the northeast with dimensions of 10’3” x 8’. There is a common bathroom in the northwest measuring 8’10” x 4’ and the bedroom also in the northwest corner measuring 12’6” x 11’7” with attached bathroom of 8’10” x 4’1”. In addition there is another bedroom in the northeast sized 10’2” x 11’7”. An open kitchen in the southeast (10’3” x 8’6”) and a long utility area to the north measuring 26’ x 3’.

 

The first level has a 28’ x 53’6” footprint, totaling 1498 sqft. It is accessed via a staircase located on the west side of the building. Upon reaching the stair landing, there is a defined common area that extends to the east, where there is a spacious living area on the far eastern side of the floor that is 26’8” x 17’2” in size. South of this is a dedicated home theater room measuring 26’8” x 14’8”, customized for entertainment purposes. From the southeastern corner there is an adjacent balcony for gardening or sitting outdoors, measuring 13’2” x 6’10”. In the northern part of this floor there are two bedrooms: One centrally located towards the north with an attached 8’10” x 4’ bathroom measuring 12’6” x 11’7”, and the other in the corner northeast measuring 13’8” x 11’7” with a slightly larger, but still attached, 5’1” x 8’7” bathroom.

 

The second floor that measures 28’ x 53’6” and adds 1498 sqft, further stemming from the same west-side staircase. At the top there is an additional head room space to accommodate 3’ x 8’9” leading towards massive open terrace, perfect for leisurely activities like sitting, resting and gardening around the spacious 26’6” x 33’4” area. Head room also features corridor leading to northeast facing bedroom equipped with an ensuite bathroom in the northwest corner measuring 13’8” x 11’7” with her own 7' x 4'.

This floor also incorporates user-friendly ventilation features via windows to ensure adequate sun exposure and air circulation within the area.
