This is a G + 3 Structure 30 x 60 House Plan which has residential and commercial features. The ground floor has retail shops and also includes a bike stand and garden, amounting to 1800 sq ft. The north side of the building has a staircase extending along the bike path, with a lift located at the northeast corner of the parking area (6’2” by 4’). The commercial section of the structure is optimally located for pedestrian access and encourages flow through the retail space which enables easy movement between the vertical floors while maximizing vertical space.

 

We enter the first floor through westward steps leading to a spaced lift adjacent to the main door on the northeast side of the structure. The floor has a generous area of 1276.5 sq ft (23’ x 55’ 6”) with TWO LEVSBH as the SOC entrance. The living hall situated in the southern part of the floor is also generously sized at 17’7’’ x 18’9’’ and there is an available common bathroom in the northwest (5’7’’ x 8’1’’). Other features include the southwest sectioned bedroom (12’2’’ x 11’9’’) with attached bathroom (8’3’’ x 5’7’’), bedroom northeast of it measuring 12’ x 11’9’’, and the southeast open kitchen (13’2 x 10’9’’) which has a utility area of 3’ x 10’7’’ attached.
