The dimensions of 30 feet by 60 feet, the residential building is a G+3 layout structure. It is well-planned and faces north. The ground floor covers an area of 1,800 square feet and has bike parking, a garden, and a utility space of 1'6” to 2'. Stairs begin on the northwest side and ascend to the east through the southwest. From the northeast side, there is a 3’7” long passage which leads to the house. The house itself is a living hall 11'4" x 12'6". Furthermore, there is an Open kitchen in the southeastern corner which is 11’5” x 9’5” in size; On the western side, a common bathroom measuring 7’1” x 3’10” and two bedrooms in the southwest (10’9” x 9’2”) and northwest (10’10” x 8’2”) sides.

 

The first floor has an area of 1,624 square feet (151 square meters) and can be accessed by a staircase from the west side. It features a corridor measuring 15’11” x 6’2” along with an eastern side pedestrian passage measuring 3’ x 51’4”. The main entrance on the northeast opens into a spacious living hall measuring 11’3” x 21’1”. Adjacent to the living space is a pooja room (4’ x 3’1”) in the northeast, and on the northwest side there is a common bathroom (6’9” x 4’”). This floor has three bedrooms which include: southwest bedroom with attached bathroom (10’9” x 13’6”, 10’9” x 5’2”); northwest bedroom (10’11” x 9’8”); west facing bedroom (10’8” x 10’) with attached bathroom (10’9” x 4’9”). Southeast section has a dining hall (11’5” x 9’5”) and a kitchen of the same size. There is a utility space measuring 6’4” x 4’10” too.

 

An identical design has been implemented for the second floor pooja room, common bathroom, and the sizeable living area of 11’3” x 21’1”, featuring a northeast facing entrance. The southwest, northwest, and west bedrooms, as well as the bathrooms, are positioned where they were on the first floor, with all remaining bedrooms having attached bathrooms. The southeast dining and kitchen areas, alongside an attached utility room, completed their function as dining and kitchen areas, reflecting their position on the first floor.

 

Accessed through a staircase on the west side, the open terrace on the third floor includes cross-ventilation openings through windows intended for light and fresh air to circulate throughout the building. Promising effortless gardening, resting, and social gatherings, the terrace also serves as a leisure space measuring 26’5” x 56’9”. The combined aesthetic balance and comfort, along with maximized spatial utilization, are attributes present on every level of the structure that the careful planning aims for.
