This 3D residential building on the western part of the 30ft by 60ft plot is a G+3 structure. It has four levels, and space in each of them is strategically optimized. Ground level features bicycle parking along with a gardening area. There is also a utility space and a staircase located in the southwest which moves up to the east. The main entrance is located southwest which opens into a dining area and leads into a living room and a kitchen with a balcony garden. A bedroom with an attached bathroom completes this floors private accommodation. The ground floor has a built up area of 1800 sqft, She has a parking area measuring 29'1” x 28’5”, and living space of 24'11” x 9'8”. There are also a dining hall of 9’7” x 10’6”, a balcony measuring 14'7” x 7'8”, NE Bedroom of 14’5” x 11'9” and attached bathroom of 9'4” x 5'11”.
