This residential building occupies a plot measuring 30 feet by 60 feet facing south and has four levels: Ground plus Three (G+3) floors. The ground floor has a two-foot utility area and a parking area for bicycles measuring 29 feet by 25.5 feet. The main entrance is located on the east side, and there is an entrance from the northwest staircase that turns east and ascends (16'11 x 6'4) into the room. Upon entering, the living hall (11'2 x10'8) is situated to the northeast alongside an open kitchen in the southeast (11'3 x 7'8). There are two bedrooms, one located northwest (11'1 x 9'10) and another to the southwest (11'1 x 12'2), both with attached bathrooms (7'4 x 3'9 and 7'4 x 3'11).
The first floor, which has a total area of 1680 sqft (28’ x 60’), is divided into two separate residential units, one facing the north and the other facing the south. Upon using the stairs located to the west, the residents get to a shared corridor (16’11” x 6’4”). In the northern unit there is a main door located at the northeast which leads to the living room (11’1” x 10’8”) with an open kitchen including a utility area (11’1” x 7’5” + 11’1” x 3’7”) and two bedrooms, each having their own bathrooms attached. In the southern unit there is a main entrance situated towards the southeast which opens up into a living room (11’1” x 13’11”) and an open kitchen (11’ x 6’) and a bathroom (7’4” x 4’1”) for common use. A one-bedroom apartment (11’2” x 10’2”) comes with a private balcony (11’7” x 3’11”).
The Dual Unit Layout building 2 comes with a second floor of equal dimension to the first which is 28’ x 60’ = 1680 sqft. The second floor includes the northern layout which remains with a living room (11’1” x 10’8”), kitchen and utility (11’1” x 7’5” + 11’1” x 3’6”), and two bedrooms with attached baths. The southern layout includes an additional room which has a southeast entrance, a living room (11’1” x 13’11”), open kitchen (11’ x 6’), common bath (7’4” x 4’1”), and a bedroom with access to the balcony (11’2” x 10’2” + 11’7” x 3’11”).
The third floor also measures 1680 sqft, having an ample open terrace 26’7” x 58’2” which can be reached through the staircase located on the west side of the building. This region is designated for leisure activities, gardening, and cooling off, with windows and openings designed to offer natural ventilation and lighting. There is space for 2 feet of utility zone close to the stairs.
