The building was designed on a site measuring 30' x 60' and is on a G + 3 structure. The design consists of a 3 BHK with 1 BHK floor plan. The entire building is faces the northern side. The ground floor comprises a utility area measuring 0' 11” + 2' along with bike parking and garden space. The flight of stairs is positioned at the Northwest corner and ascends towards the east. The kitchen is attached to the laundary room, a living area, a garage, and a single bedroom on the ground level. The second floor is accessed from stairwells on the west side and features a utility zone of approximately 1' 6”+ 2' 3”+ 2' 6”. There is a corridor on both sides equipped with two doors perceived for coming in with the main door intention being from the west.
The first level consists of a single common restroom, one combined dining hall with a modest kitchenette, both equipped with laundry and cleaning supplies. Three additional bedrooms are present: a southeast facing bedroom featuring a balcony primarily intended for cultivating and scenic garden view, northwest unaccompanied bedroom, and shared northeastern balcony.
The second floor keeps the same approach for the layout design and includes a utility space measuring approximately 1′6″, 2′3″ and 2′6″ starting from the stair landing on the west side. It contains a corridor which gives access to a principal entrance which faces west and opens to a sitting room on the eastern side, an extra bathroom, and dining area, open style kitchen, and a bedroom with bathroom and a private balcony. The third floor (top most level) has the same utility measurements and incorporates headroom space and an open terrace deck for passive leisure activities like sitting, gardening, or lounging. It has a common restroom and is generously provisioned with ventilation and window openings to let in light and air.
The total built-up area of the ground floor is 30′ × 60′ = 1800 sq ft. The parking area is 29′ × 35′ and the stairway leading from the northwest portion goes up towards the east. The northeast living area measures 11′1″ × 13′6″ while the southeast open kitchen is 8′2″ × 7′7″ with an adjoining utility room of 3′1″ × 7′9″. The southwest bedroom is 12′5″ × 17′4″ and has a bathroom measuring 7′8″ × 4′10″. The first floor has buildup area of 25′3″ × 58′ = 1464.5 sq ft.
When entering from the eastern passage, there is an ascent landing that measures out to be a 3′2″ × 10′6″ passage and the main door opens to west into a room that is 15′8″ × 15′9″ (SE quadrant) which is a living room. The common washroom is located in the southwest region (7′8″ × 4′11″)) . The dining region is located northeast at 10′11″ × 9′1″. There is also a common washroom (7′3″ x 5′), open kitchen (12′4″ × 9′1″), and utility room (7′4” x 5’). The southern bedroom is 19′2″ × 12′1″ with an bathroom attached (5′9″ × 8′1″) and balcony oriented southeast (4′5″ × 12′6″). The northwest bedroom is a shared balcony measuring 12′4″ × 12′5″ and northeast bedroom is 11′1″ × 8′6″. Both bedrooms share a balcony measuring 11'1" × 3′6″.
The second floor is identical to the first with regard to build up area being (25'3" × 58' = 1464.5 sq ft) . It also includes a head room space of 3′2" x 10'6", open terrace 23′11" × 56′5", and common bathroom in the southwest measuring 7′8″ × 5′. This design efficiently incorporates generous living areas with functional utility spaces and green areas at all levels/floors.
