The residential building (RN0013) with dimensions of 30’x65’, facing north, has a G+3 well organized floor plan integrating modern aspects of living with practicality. It has a lower ground covering constructed area of 1950 sqft, which contains a utility section with dimensions 2’3” to 2’6” and parking space 28’8” x 23’11” for bicycles accompanying a small garden. The northeast located staircase runs in an east-west direction, with the main door opening into a living room placed northeast, which measures 11’11” x 19’4”. The plan further leads towards northwest, where a bedroom bearing adjacent bath also known as embrasure (12’ x 16’11” and 12’ x 4’11”). Another will be positioned in the southwest corner measuring 12’ x 9’4” and another open kitchen towards southeast of size 11’11” x 10’3”. A wash area at the front measures 15’4” x 7’5”, and there is an additional bathroom in the southwest corner measuring 8’5” x 4’.
The build up area of the first floor is 1492 sqft (25’ x 59’8”) and it is accessed through the stairs located on the eastern side, leading into a passage which is 11’8’’ x 16’. A living area is directly accessible upon entering from the northeast and further connects to an open kitchen on the southeast (11’9” x 13’9”) and a wash space (15’2” x 4’). The attached bedroom at northwest comes with an ensuite bathroom to the northwest, which will be 11’6” x 21’1”. The bathroom will be 7’ x 5’ and the private balcony adjacent to the bedroom will be 11’6” x 6’10”. Another bedroom will be placed on the southwest corner, 11’6” x 9’1”. Immediately once the door is opened the residents face the living room; it measures 11’9” x 19’3”. The northwest bedroom continues the trend of spacious areas and is 11’6” x 21’1” in size. The bedroom also has an attached bathroom measuring 7’ x 5’. The bedroom also has a balcony measuring 11’6” x 6’10”. In the southwest part there are two other bedrooms measuring 11’6” x 9’1” and 11’6” x 11’9” respectively. Attached to the sitting portion is a store room with an ample southwestern view measuring 11’6” x 9’1”. It comes with a restroom’s annex of 8’1” x 3’10”. For ease in circulation, shafts and windows which aid in ventilation and allow light into the floor are positioned within the upper sections of the structure. These, which are shafts and windows that allow for ventilation, light, and shaft circulation allow for ease of ventiliation and light.
